How can we make sensor data easier to share, use and combine in practice?
In May, we launched a testbed to explore how the SensorThings API standard works in real-life situations. Five selected organisations took part, diving into practical questions around sensor data - data that is becoming increasingly valuable, including for digital twins.
The Fraunhofer-Institut and Collaborall focused on hosting a SensorThings API server, while Clappform, GeoInsights, TU Delft and Collaborall explored how to connect sensors to a SensorThings API server.
