Test JSON-FG

September 29 we are organising a meeting in Amersfoort to share experiences with using JSON-FG in practice. To participate in this meeting we ask you to test the following and share your experiences with us before September 22, 2026.

Test

We kindly ask you to test the following and share your results with us!

  1. Download the following BGT file to read it into your own software BGT_FG_OndersteunendWegdeel_CircularArc.json
  2. In a copy of the polygon (new version): Make a hole with a circle (CircularString) with a diameter of 1 meter
  3. To the orginal polygon: Add a time element with an interval with a startdate and enddate e.g.: "time": { "interval": [ "2002-12-31T23:00:00Z ", "2026-07-16T23:00:00Z " ] }
  4. In the copy of the polygon: Add a time element with an interval with a startdate and no enddate e.g.:
    vb: "time": { "interval": [ "2026-07-16T23:00:00Z", ".." ] }
  5. Export both polygons to one validated JSON-FG-bestand.
  6. Sommarise what is hard to do and your suggested improvements (to be shared in the meeting of September 29)
  7. Share the results before September 22 with Geonovum
